Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and they spoke good English. The views from my room were nice and I appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the accommodations.

The noise from street traffic was noticeable at times and the restaurant can be crowded, leading to waits for breakfast tables.

The breakfast spread, while decent, lacked variety—just the basics without anything that stood out, and the coffee left much to be desired.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, particularly Andrea, who arranged our airport pickup—truly a stress-free way to arrive. Breakfast was plentiful with a variety of delicious options. However, occasional street noise and limited room temperature control could be improved.

The central location allowed easy exploration. I really appreciated the useful early check-in option, especially after a long flight.
