What you should know
Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and they spoke good English. The views from my room were nice and I appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the accommodations.
The noise from street traffic was noticeable at times and the restaurant can be crowded, leading to waits for breakfast tables.

missingWrote a review on Jun 26comfortable roomquality amenitiescold pool
The room offered impressive comfort with a plush king bed and an efficient heating unit that kept things cozy. A welcomed feature was the clean spaces paired with a furnished bathroom that included quality amenities.
The pool area could definitely use improvement. the water was uncomfortably cold, and drink service around it was non-existent, despite a few staff members wandering without engaging guests. The breakfast spread, while decent, lacked variety—just the basics without anything that stood out, and the coffee left much to be desired.

The spacious Superior King Suite was clean and well-appointed, making it perfect for our three-night stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, particularly Andrea, who arranged our airport pickup—truly a stress-free way to arrive. Breakfast was plentiful with a variety of delicious options. However, occasional street noise and limited room temperature control could be improved.
